No This is a native port of a PS2 game, which requires reverse engineering MIPS machine code and reimplementing the game's engine and PS2 hardware behavior. Vibe coding cannot substitute for that low-level reverse engineering and decompilation expertise.
What it would actually take: A real version needs disassembly and decompilation of the PS2 executable (Ghidra and similar tools), reconstruction of game logic and asset formats, and a Windows renderer that replaces the PS2 GS pipeline. It also needs deep knowledge of the PS2 hardware and legal caution around distributing copyrighted code or assets.
