Nicheloom ("Nicheloom", "we", "us") is operated by Excillis Ventures Inc., based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. By using nicheloom.com, you agree to these terms.

What Nicheloom is

Nicheloom aggregates and analyzes publicly available product-launch data (from Y Combinator, Product Hunt, Hacker News, and GitHub Trending) into themes, opportunity scores, and other derived signals, including LLM-generated classifications like our "vibe-codeable" assessment. It's built for exploration, not certainty. Every score, cluster, and classification is a starting point for your own research, never investment, business, or legal advice, and we make no guarantee that any of it is complete, accurate, or current.

We don't claim ownership of the underlying public launch data itself -- only of the analysis, clustering, and scoring we build on top of it.

Using the site

Nicheloom is free to browse. You agree not to abuse it -- no scraping at a rate that degrades the service for others, no attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls, no using the site to build a competing dataset by automated bulk extraction. We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access for anyone who does.

Sponsor slots

Nicheloom sells a limited number of self-serve sponsor slots, billed monthly via Stripe. By purchasing a slot, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the product or service you're advertising, and a URL you control that doesn't host malicious, illegal, or deceptive content.
• No refunds. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be canceled at any time via the self-service link emailed to you at signup -- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't refund the current period's payment.
• We may remove any sponsor's ad, at our discretion, for content we consider inappropriate, misleading, or harmful, without a refund for the removed period.

No warranty

Nicheloom is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the underlying data or derived analysis is accurate. You use it, and any decisions you make based on it, at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excillis Ventures Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nicheloom, including business decisions made based on its data or analysis.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or a sponsor slot for violating these terms. You can stop using the site, or cancel a sponsor subscription, at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
