No Porting a Pokemon game requires a working static or dynamic recompilation runtime for console machine code, plus GPU and audio emulation. That is low-level reverse-engineering and systems work that vibe coding cannot substitute for.
What it would actually take: A real version needs a recompiler or runtime that translates the original console CPU instructions into native ARM64 code, with the console's memory map, OS calls, and timing emulated. It also needs a graphics backend that maps the original GPU API to Vulkan or OpenGL ES on Android, and audio and input layers. Building it takes engineers experienced in emulation or binary translation, and the user must supply the game files.
