Could you build this?

No Porting a Nintendo Switch game to Android is not a standard app build. It needs either emulation of the Switch's custom ARM hardware and Horizon OS, or deep reverse engineering of the game binaries, and it involves copyright and DRM circumvention. Vibe coding cannot supply that expertise.

What it would actually take: A real version would be an emulator-class system: an ARM64 CPU dynarec or interpreter for the Tegra X1 target, a GPU translator from Nvidia's Maxwell-era command stream to Vulkan with shader recompilation, and HLE or reimplementation of Horizon OS services. It also needs Switch firmware and key extraction, plus Android-specific performance work. This takes a team of systems and graphics engineers working for years, similar to the Yuzu/Ryujinx lineage.
