Partial While the UI and scanning logic are straightforward, reliable app blocking across iOS and Android requires tricky platform APIs like Screen Time Framework / FamilyControls and Android Accessibility/Device Admin.
What it would actually take: The app needs native Swift (Screen Time API, ManagedSettings, DeviceActivity) and Kotlin (AccessibilityService, UsageStatsManager) implementations. The hard part is navigating Apple's strict Screen Time entitlement approval process and maintaining persistent background blocking across diverse Android OEM battery-killing policies.
