Could you build this?

Partial The math-challenge and timer UI are easy, but blocking apps requires Apple's Screen Time APIs (FamilyControls and ManagedSettings), which need entitlements and App Review approval.

What it would actually take: It would be a native Swift app using Apple's FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks, with a SwiftUI interface for rules and challenges. The hard part is Apple's entitlement approval and the platform's restricted APIs, which are not fully reproducible by vibe coding alone. Testing on real devices across iOS versions is also required.
