Description

Tvasta is a private preview of a local design–simulate loop on open tools (schema, hashed runs, a bounded agent). It does not replace Fusion or 3DEXPERIENCE and does not include CAM in this drop. Access is a pilot: we onboard a small number of teams and charge a fixed fee for the build plus hours. There is no public seat license and no hosted trial, because the kernel runs on your workstation. The gallery is that loop on the lighthouse part

Could you build this?

No Automating design-simulate loops between parametric CAD and finite element analysis (FEA) requires deep domain knowledge in numerical physics, geometry kernels, and simulation convergence.

What it would actually take: A real implementation requires integrating open-source boundary representation CAD kernels (such as OpenCASCADE) with meshing tools (Gmsh) and FEA solvers (CalculiX or Code_Aster). The orchestrator must handle mesh generation, boundary condition mapping, and convergence diagnostics locally while recovering from non-manifold geometry or divergent solver states, requiring deep expertise in computational mechanics and geometric modeling.

Competitors

Other products that read as similar to this one — 11 launches clear the similarity bar, closest 8 shown.

Attention rank: #9 of 12 (itself plus its competitors, highest first — normalized so YC and Product Hunt are compared fairly).
