Gaze focus for macOS from your Mac's camera: look at a display or a window and Winq focuses it, with the pointer where you're looking. Head and eyes both count, it waits while you type or use the mouse, and it keeps learning from your clicks. For multi-monitor setups, developers, and anyone who wants their hands on the keyboard. On-device and private. Free for a day.

Could you build this?
Partial The window-focus and pointer logic is straightforward macOS work, but reliable webcam gaze estimation is a hard perception problem that vibe coding won't solve on its own.
What it would actually take: Build a native macOS app in Swift that uses AVFoundation for camera capture and Apple Vision or MediaPipe for face and iris landmarks, then maps those to screen coordinates through a calibration step. Focus changes go through the Accessibility APIs and window-server calls. The hard parts are gaze accuracy across users, lighting, and head poses, plus the adaptive learning from clicks, which needs ML and computer-vision expertise and extensive testing.
