An iPhone app blocker built on Screen Time. Set a daily limit for the apps that eat your day. When it runs out, the app locks, and the only way back in is answering one of your own flashcards. Right answer: 2 minutes. Wrong answer: next card.

Could you build this?
Partial The flashcard and daily-limit UI is straightforward Swift, but the app-blocking core depends on Apple's Screen Time APIs. Distribution requires Apple's Family Controls entitlement approval, and enforcement reliability is finicky.
What it would actually take: The stack would be native SwiftUI with the FamilyControls, ManagedSettings and DeviceActivity frameworks, using a shield extension to lock apps and a local store for cards and scheduling. The hard parts are getting the Apple entitlement approved and handling iOS background-enforcement edge cases. No proprietary data is needed, but Apple platform expertise is.
