Could you build this?
Partial The UI and OS focus-switching are buildable, but reliable gaze estimation from a webcam and moving keyboard focus across apps need computer vision expertise and native OS integration.
What it would actually take: Use a webcam pipeline with a face and iris landmark model such as MediaPipe, then a calibrated gaze-to-screen mapping, with smoothing and a confidence check. The OS side needs native code (for example, Accessibility APIs on macOS or UI Automation on Windows) to change focus between windows. Accuracy across lighting, glasses and head pose is the hard part, which calls for CV or HCI experience and extensive testing.
