Partial The Windows side (BLE scanning and a credential-provider or lock-screen hook) is vibe-codeable. The Apple Watch proximity-unlock authentication protocol is undocumented, so reproducing it is a hard piece.
What it would actually take: The core is Bluetooth Low Energy monitoring plus a Windows lock-screen integration. The hard part is reverse-engineering Apple's undocumented pairing and authentication handshake, which requires BLE sniffing and crypto analysis.
