No Turning a PS1 game into a modern over-the-shoulder 3D game requires reverse-engineering the original data formats, rebuilding or remodeling assets, and creating new animations and camera systems. That is far beyond vibe coding alone.
What it would actually take: The stack would be a game engine such as Unity or Unreal, plus tools to extract the original PS1 assets and game logic. A real version needs 3D modeling and animation artists, level-design work, and experienced game-reverse-engineering skills, along with a full playtest and tuning cycle.
