What it would actually take: Parse DEX/APK formats, build control-flow and type recovery over Dalvik or smali bytecode, and emit readable Java or Kotlin, with Rust for performance. The hard parts are control-flow structuring, type inference, and handling obfuscation and ART-specific formats. Building it well requires compiler or decompiler expertise and testing against a large corpus of real APKs.
