Description

Hey everyone! I've been working in IT support (L1, L2, and L3) for over 6 years, and one thing that has always annoyed me is having to carry a USB drive with 5 to 10 different tools for diagnostics, testing, troubleshooting, etc. At some point I thought, why isn't there something that brings all of this together in one place? I couldn't really find what I was looking for, so I ended up building my own app.

Could you build this?

Partial The launcher UI and script packaging are straightforward to build, but writing reliable low-level Windows hardware diagnostics, registry repairs, and troubleshooting tools requires deep Windows OS internals and Win32 API expertise.

What it would actually take: A complete implementation requires a native Windows desktop framework (C#/.NET WPF, Electron, or Tauri) orchestrating a suite of diagnostic routines. The hard part is developing or integrating robust hardware testing, driver analysis, offline registry editing, and network troubleshooting tools that interact directly with the Win32 API and WMI without tripping anti-malware software. This requires an experienced Windows systems engineer with deep knowledge of OS internals and technician workflows.
