Hey HN! I built https://withmurph.ai, an open-source personal health assistant to help you build healthy habits that actually stick. Everyone has something they want to improve, but it's way too hard to change your behavior.I've been using Murph myself for weeks, I've started a few sleep improvement experiments with Murph that've improved my deep sleep already, and run some challenges over group-text with friends.Murph has three key features 1) Talk to Murph on iMessage, Telegram, and Email and connect labs/wearable data 2) Run health experiments with proactive check-ins and discover what protocols improve your health. 3) Run health challenges with friends inside group-textsSome other things our users are doing: - help manage chronic pain and track what causes symptom flareup over iMessage - watch calories and protein intake every day by sending voice memos/photos of meals - find workout insights in mountains of lab and wearable data - build a physical therapy habit to improve lower back pain - improve RHR with targeted sprint routinesI hope that Murph can make building a healthy lifestyle more easy and fun for some of you :)Happy to chat about the AI or stack behind the product (uses codex cli under the hood).
