No The project reproduces Apple's proprietary CarPlay protocol from iPhone firmware. That requires reverse engineering, access to Apple's authentication (MFi) chain, and hardware-level expertise.
What it would actually take: A real version needs reverse engineering of iOS firmware and the CarPlay wire protocol, including the authentication handshake and media/control channels. It also needs Android USB/Bluetooth/Wi-Fi stack expertise and test hardware. Legal and licensing constraints around Apple's protocols would also need to be addressed.
