No The phone-side Android Auto projection and the CarCast receiver stream depend on reverse-engineering Android Auto's protocol and low-latency video and input streaming over Wi-Fi, which goes well beyond vibe-coded app work.
What it would actually take: Building this requires Android platform expertise (MediaProjection, Android Auto head-unit protocol, and the car-app APIs), a low-latency video encoder/decoder pipeline, and input forwarding. Protocol-level reverse engineering and device-specific testing are the blockers.
