Cursor stays signed in to one account at a time, so switching between work, personal and client accounts means logging out and back in. Sessions Pro for Cursor keeps each account signed in on its own, so they run side by side on Mac or Windows. Each keeps its own login, chats, settings, extensions and agent data; MCP servers, rules and skills stay shared. On a Mac, every account is its own app in the Dock, with a menu bar switcher and each account's monthly usage.
