Partial The notes UI and summary workflow are buildable, but a native Mac app that captures system audio and runs transcription and LLM summarization fully on-device is a hard piece that vibe coding alone won't produce.
What it would actually take: It would need a native macOS app in Swift, system audio capture through ScreenCaptureKit or a virtual audio driver, and an on-device speech model such as Whisper running through Core ML or whisper.cpp, plus a local LLM for summaries. Performance tuning, permissions handling, and macOS-specific audio work need experienced native developers.
