Read the full description
Noteorious is a Mac meeting note-taker that runs entirely on your Mac. No bot joins your call and no audio is uploaded: it captures both sides of Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, transcribes on-device and writes a summary, action items and decisions when you hang up. It starts by itself when a meeting begins, names speakers from Google Meet, understands English, Hindi and Hinglish, and turns imported recordings, videos or PDFs into notes. $5 once, no subscription.

Partial The UI and summarization are buildable, but a true on-device Mac app that captures system audio from meeting apps and runs local transcription requires native macOS audio capture and model-optimization work beyond typical vibe coding.
What it would actually take: The build would be a native Swift app using ScreenCaptureKit or Core Audio taps for system and mic audio, whisper.cpp or Core ML for on-device transcription, and a local or on-device LLM for summaries. The difficult pieces are reliable audio capture across meeting apps, speaker separation, macOS permission and entitlement handling, and tuning local models for speed and accuracy. That calls for macOS and audio/ML engineering experience.
