Could you build this?

No Building a working port requires statically recompiling PS3 machine code for Killzone 3, which demands deep reverse-engineering and low-level console expertise, plus the user's own licensed game files.

What it would actually take: A real version needs a PS3 binary analysis pipeline: lifting PowerPC/Cell code to C or an IR, reconstructing the game's engine and graphics calls, and reimplementing the RSX GPU and PS3 OS services on PC via a Vulkan/D3D backend. This takes experienced reverse engineers with emulator or decompilation skills, months to years of work, and extensive testing against the original hardware behavior.
