Partial The dependency scanning and UI are buildable with existing vulnerability databases, but ranking by real risk requires reachability analysis (whether your code actually calls the vulnerable function) across several ecosystems, which is hard to get right with AI-generated code alone.
What it would actually take: Start from OSV/GitHub Advisory data and parse lockfiles for npm, yarn, pnpm, Composer, and Python. The hard part is call-graph reachability: static analysis per language (AST parsing, import and call tracing, taint-like flow) to see whether vulnerable functions are invoked and whether the code runs server-side, in the browser, or only in dev. That takes an engineer with compiler/static-analysis experience and careful testing to avoid false negatives.
