Partial Paper-trading logic and backtesting code are vibe-codeable, but realistic backtesting and out-of-sample evaluation need clean historical data and careful methodology that AI assistance won't supply on its own.
What it would actually take: A real version needs historical ETF price data (ideally point-in-time, adjusted for splits and dividends), an event-driven backtester with realistic fills, costs, and slippage, and a walk-forward or out-of-sample evaluation harness. The hard part is data quality and avoiding look-ahead and survivorship bias. This requires quantitative finance expertise and paid or curated data sources.
