Partial The app UI and plan-generation flow are buildable, but generating credible periodized training plans needs sports-science expertise, and TrainingPeaks and device sync depend on partner API access that is hard to obtain.
What it would actually take: A real version needs a plan engine built on established periodization and zone-based training models, validated by a coach or exercise physiologist. It also needs formal API partnerships with TrainingPeaks and device makers for workout sync, plus a backend for user data.
