Partial A basic idle or combat loop with equipment and progression is achievable in Unity or a similar engine with AI help. A commercial mobile RPG also needs substantial art, animation, balancing, content volume, and live-ops infrastructure that vibe coding does not supply.
What it would actually take: The stack would be Unity or Unreal with C#, backend services for saves, accounts, and possibly monetization and analytics, and store distribution. The hard parts are the content pipeline (art, audio, level and item design), economy balancing, and retention-driven live operations. That takes a game studio's worth of artists, designers, and live-ops staff, not just engineering.
