Partial Generating tutorial videos is doable with browser automation, TTS, and subtitle tools, but reliably recording arbitrary web apps and regenerating when they change is a hard robustness problem.
What it would actually take: Use a headless browser (Playwright) driven by a scripted or LLM-planned walkthrough, capture screen footage, then add TTS narration and forced-alignment subtitles. The hard part is making the agent robust across arbitrary UIs and auto-regenerating when the app changes, which means flaky-UI recovery and visual regression checks. That needs experience with browser automation at scale and video-pipeline engineering.
