What it would actually take: The software side is a runner that feeds LLMs stepwise clinical information and scores diagnostic sequences. The hard part is the dataset: it needs de-identified or synthetic patient cases with physician-verified diagnostic pathways, and the scoring rubric needs clinician input. Credibility requires medical expertise and ideally IRB-compliant data access.
