Could you build this?
No A benchmark for computer science R&D depends on expert-authored, research-level tasks and validated ground truth, which requires deep domain expertise and data that vibe coding cannot produce. The evaluation harness itself is easy; the problem set is the hard part.
What it would actually take: The harness would be a sandboxed grader that runs submitted solutions against test suites and scores them, which is buildable. The real work is writing and validating hard, unsolved or open-ended R&D problems with reference solutions, which takes teams of domain experts over long periods. Credibility also depends on contamination control and expert review.
