Most note apps ask for an account and keep a copy of your notes on their servers. Coffre doesn't. Notes, tasks and scanned documents stay on your phone, encrypted with AES-256 — the key lives in your phone's security chip and never leaves it. No account. No analytics, no ads. Android's own backup is disabled, so your notes don't even land in your Drive. Scan a document and the text is read on the device, searchable seconds later. Or dictate instead of typing.

Partial The Android UI and local storage are vibe-codeable, but correct hardware-backed encryption, key handling, and secure document scanning need security expertise that a generated implementation could get wrong.
What it would actually take: Use Android Keystore for hardware-backed keys and AES-256-GCM for encrypted local storage, with ML Kit for document scanning and OCR. The app should avoid any backend and exclude sensitive data from Android backups. The hard part is getting the key lifecycle and storage design right, which calls for an independent security review.
