Partial The upload, animation, and video export flow is vibe-codeable, but separating stars from nebula and generating good depth layers needs image-processing and ML models that a solo builder would have to integrate and tune.
What it would actually take: A pipeline could use open star-removal tools or models (for example StarNet-style networks) to split stars from nebula, monocular depth models such as Depth Anything to build layers, and FFmpeg or a GPU renderer to animate parallax. A music generation API would supply the soundtrack. The hard part is getting clean star/nebula separation and convincing depth on astrophotos, which needs astrophotography and computer vision knowledge plus GPU compute.
