What it would actually take: A real version needs a native macOS app, probably Swift with a Network Extension or system proxy configuration, plus a TLS MITM engine that generates and installs root certificates and handles HTTP/2 and certificate pinning. Notarization, signing, and per-app traffic attribution are platform-specific hard problems. Open-source components like mitmproxy can cut the work, but the macOS-native layer and the security review still require experienced systems and security engineers.
