Could you build this?

Partial The UI and camera workflow are straightforward native iOS work. Reliably detecting an open-ended set of everyday lost items in live camera frames is the hard part, since it needs good open-vocabulary detection and tuning for accuracy.

What it would actually take: The app would be a native Swift/SwiftUI app using AVFoundation for the camera and Core ML or Vision for on-device inference. The hard piece is an open-vocabulary object detector (for example an OWL-ViT or YOLO-World variant converted to Core ML) that works well across many household items, which needs some ML tuning and labeled test data.
