Partial A media library, playlist UI, and skin-loading interface are buildable with AI help, but a native macOS audio engine with hi-res and DSD-over-DoP playback, plus faithful Winamp AVS visualizations, requires specialized low-level audio and Core Audio expertise.
What it would actually take: Write a native Swift/Objective-C app on AVFoundation/Core Audio with an audio engine that can output at a file's native sample rate and bit-perfect DSD via DoP, plus a decoder stack (FLAC, ALAC, DSD containers, tagging). Winamp skin support means parsing the classic .wsz/.wal formats and rendering their bitmap and XML layouts, and AVS visualizations need a port of the Advanced Visualization Studio scripting engine. The hard parts are the bit-perfect audio path and the AVS engine, which call for experienced audio/DSP developers and extensive testing across DACs.
