Could you build this?
Partial A mobile UI and dashboard are vibe-codeable, but reliable low-latency peer-to-peer WebRTC streaming with NAT traversal and robust Android background camera services are technically challenging.
What it would actually take: Requires a native Android app (Kotlin) running persistent foreground services, CameraX / Camera2 API, hardware-accelerated H.264/H.265 encoding via MediaCodec, and WebRTC P2P mesh streaming with STUN/TURN signaling fallback. Hard parts include managing thermal throttling, battery optimization bypasses, and ensuring zero-packet-loss encrypted local chunk storage. Requires Android systems and real-time WebRTC networking expertise.
