Could you build this?
Partial While the timer and macOS menu bar controls are simple, rendering an interactive 3D character walking over desktop windows and managing overlay blocking requires native macOS graphics and window-server APIs.
What it would actually take: The app is best built in Swift using AppKit, Metal, or SceneKit/RealityKit. The trickiest part is creating transparent, click-through capable, multi-display floating NSWindows that render animated 3D assets smoothly without excessive battery consumption, alongside implementing desktop-level habit blocking and accessibility screen overlay permissions.
