Could you build this?
No Building an 8-track iPad digital audio workstation with low-latency software synths, custom sequencers, and real-time reactive audio engines demands specialized digital signal processing and CoreAudio expertise.
What it would actually take: Requires Swift and C++ using CoreAudio, AudioKit, or custom DSP algorithms for real-time synthesis, multi-track mixing, and sample-rate conversion, paired with Metal or SpriteKit for high-performance rendering. The hardest challenge is real-time thread safety without audio dropouts or buffer underruns, which AI code generators cannot reliably architect.
