Description

Most vocal tuners only check pitch. This one checks whether your voice is balanced — breath support and an open mouth — or whether your throat is doing the work instead (why singers squeeze and go flat on high notes). Set a baseline with your own easy "ah", then sing: when all five signals stay inside your baseline window the sound crosses the balance line; when one drops, a throat-tension gauge rises. No scores. Phone browser, no app, no sign-up, audio never leaves the device.

Could you build this?

No Extracting five physiological balance metrics (breath support, throat constriction) from raw microphone audio in real time requires specialized digital signal processing and vocal pedagogy expertise.

What it would actually take: This requires Web Audio API, WebAssembly, and deep digital signal processing (DSP) to analyze acoustic parameters such as formant frequencies (F1/F2/singer's formant), spectral tilt, jitter, and harmonic-to-noise ratio in real time. The hard part is the underlying psychoacoustic and bio-acoustic modeling to accurately correlate vocal acoustic signals to physiological strain without physical sensor hardware.
