Could you build this?
No Continuous all-day audio recording combined with local multimodal health, sensor, and location processing hits severe Apple Watch battery and watchOS background execution restrictions requiring deep embedded/watchOS systems engineering.
What it would actually take: watchOS heavily restricts continuous background audio recording and sensor polling to prevent battery drain, requiring specialized knowledge of CoreAudio, HealthKit background delivery, and WKExtendedRuntimeSession limits. Additionally, running on-device audio transcription (Whisper/CoreML) and signal fusion on Apple Watch hardware necessitates aggressive quantization, memory management under strict watchdog limits, and custom thermal budgeting.
