Could you build this?

Partial While basic sensor reading is simple, managing reliable system-wide cursor overlays and gesture injection across various Android versions requires deep Android framework expertise.

What it would actually take: The app requires Android native development using AccessibilityService, SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW overlays, and the SensorManager API. The technical bottleneck lies in implementing sensor filtering (such as Kalman or complementary filters) to eliminate jitter and reliably dispatching synthetic touch and drag events without triggering OS battery optimizations or permission revocations across diverse OEM devices.
