Could you build this?
Partial Generating face-swapped or IP-Adapter comic book panels with consistent characters and ordering print-on-demand books is straightforward, but maintaining consistent multi-character face identity across dynamic comic poses is notoriously difficult.
What it would actually take: Requires an orchestration pipeline combining an LLM for storyboard generation with Stable Diffusion / FLUX using IP-Adapter, InstantID, or LoRA training per user upload to preserve facial likeness across varied angles and expressions. The backend must automate panel compositing, text bubble typography, PDF rendering, and webhook integration with a print-on-demand provider like Lulu or Gelato.
