Could you build this?
Partial Resume parsing and job matching are standard LLM workflows, but reliably auto-applying across dozens of disparate Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo) requires complex browser automation and anti-bot circumvention.
What it would actually take: The architecture requires a document parsing backend (FastAPI/LangChain), vector matching for job postings, and a distributed pool of headless browser workers (Playwright/Puppeteer). The difficult engineering challenge lies in dynamically navigating varied ATS form schemas, handling file uploads, custom questionnaire fields, captchas, and stealth proxy rotation to avoid bot detection.
