Description
DeskSquat is an on-device desk coach for Mac and Windows. Every 45 minutes it gets you up and counts your squats through the webcam, with sets sized to your body and spread across your work hours. Breathing sessions cover the screen hours in between, and the posture coach only speaks up when you slouch away from the posture you showed it. The camera wakes for a session, then goes back off.
