Description
Everyone has stories to tell and today anyone can bring characters to life with AI but what if those characters didn't just disappear. What if they had a place to belong, express themselves, and connect with others. Create a character. Tell your stories through them. Explore shared worlds with consistent rules, and create alongside others.

Could you build this?
Partial Generating multi-character narratives with consistent visual identities, animations, and motion models across distinct artistic styles requires custom diffusion and LoRA pipelines.
What it would actually take: Building a working platform requires integrating fine-tuned image and video generation pipelines (e.g., ComfyUI on modal/RunPod GPUs, IP-Adapter, and InstantID for character consistency) along with motion transfer (e.g., AnimateDiff, LivePortrait). Orchestrating high-throughput GPU queuing, cache management, and multi-character prompt grounding demands non-trivial generative infrastructure engineering.
