Could you build this?
Partial The Slack bot interface and outreach sequencing are standard, but autonomous candidate sourcing and accurate recommendation matching require access to massive proprietary talent databases and LinkedIn scraping infrastructure.
What it would actually take: A real service relies on integrating high-volume B2B data providers (People Data Labs, Apollo, LinkedIn scraping proxies), automated email deliverability infrastructure (warmup pools, rotating domains), and a vector search ranking engine tuned on resume/job description embeddings. Hard challenges include anti-scraping circumvention, deliverability management, and sourcing high-quality candidate data.
