Description
Most screenwriters are outdated, paid, or cloud-only. Hiiscript is different: a free, MIT-licensed, offline-first screenplay editor for Windows, Linux, and Android. Scripts, characters, and scene suggestions stay on your device. No accounts, no ads, no analytics. Format scenes, add title pages, preview pagination, and export to Fountain or Markdown. Built with Electron and Capacitor by a Blender animator who couldn't find a tool that respected the same offline, open-source values.
