Description

The problem with AI image editing approaches right now is that they regenerate the photo. It is not a true edit. PixlPal believes that AI should instead use deterministic tools (like in photoshop) to truly edit the images directly via tool-calls. PixlPal can also select specific objects to apply transformations to via a segmentation model too.

Could you build this?

Partial Building an LLM agent that deterministically manipulates image canvases via segmentation and image processing tools requires non-trivial computer vision and tool-invocation architecture.

What it would actually take: Requires an LLM orchestrator connected to a headless image processing engine (such as OpenCV, Pillow, or Sharp) paired with local/cloud segmentation models like Segment Anything (SAM). The hard part is reliably translating natural language edit requests into precise geometric coordinates, masks, and chained deterministic transformation parameters without hallucinating or breaking image fidelity.
