Your coding agents record everything – prompts, tool calls, diffs, costs – but none of it is readable. Claude Code writes JSONL, opencode uses SQLite, every agent differs. Claudescope indexes them all locally into one interface: full-text search across every session, a readable view with syntax-highlighted diffs, a files-changed tab, and cost analytics by project, model and agent.
