Most customer support tools for e-commerce are just scripted chatbots — if a customer's question doesn't match a preset flow, they get stuck. I built an autonomous AI agent that actually understands and resolves real questions — order status, returns, sizing, and more — using a store's own policies, without hardcoded flows or human handoff. Tested in a real store pilot. Built solo, from scratch.
