Could you build this?
Partial Basic charting is easy, but building an interactive animated data story tool that seamlessly morphs compatible chart structures and exports to headless video/PowerPoint requires complex graphics rendering.
What it would actually take: The frontend requires advanced visualization libraries like D3.js or Flubber for path interpolation and morphing between diverse chart types, paired with a backend headless browser (Puppeteer/Playwright) or Remotion/FFmpeg pipeline to render 60fps video exports and an OpenXML generator (python-pptx) for native PowerPoint output.
