Description
TailAdmin Voice Core is an open-source desktop AI voice workstation. It bundles Piper, XTTS v2, Bark and Tortoise for TTS, Faster-Whisper for transcription, and zero-shot voice cloning — all built on NativePHP (Electron) + Laravel 13 + Vue 3. Heavy PyTorch inference runs in a fully isolated Python process, so the UI never freezes. The same codebase deploys as a headless REST API server via docker compose up -d. MIT licensed, free forever.
